Logging in to Webmail

Logging in to Webmail

You can log in to Pair Networks' related email accounts through the Pair Networks' Webmail. Keep in mind that in order to log in to a webmail account, you will need to first create a mailbox.

  1. Go to your desired Webmail interface or the Pair Networks general Webmail login
  2. Enter your username and domain name in email address format. Here are some examples:
    • If your username is 'customer' and your domain name is
'example.com,' you would enter this: [email protected]
    • If you are checking a mailbox that was created using the Account Control Center, you would enter the e-mail box username and the domain name.
  3. Enter the password associated with the account or mailbox.
  4. Click the Login button.

Once you have logged in, you can read email, send email, receive email, and much more.

Note: Webmail uses IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol), which allows you to read your email directly from the email server, rather than downloading it to your local computer.

For help using any of these Webmail interfaces check the program documentation or contact our support team.
